Refund Policy

In short: if a Menovya product isn't right for you, you get your money back. No questions, no forms. Just email hello@menovya.com.

The Peri Lab: three guarantees

1. The 30-Day No-Questions Promise

You can ask for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your cohort's start date. Send an email to hello@menovya.com from the address you used to buy, with the subject "Refund". You don't need to explain why. If you bought before the start date, you can of course also ask for a refund before the program begins.

Once refunded, your access to the course area and the community ends.

2. The Second Lab Free

If you complete the program and feel the Lab didn't deliver for you, you can join the next cohort for free. To use this guarantee:

You did the six weekly actions (you can show this with your ticked list on page 4 of Module 6, or your posts in the community).
You reply to your welcome email within 30 days after Module 6 is released, telling us you'd like a second Lab.

The Second Lab Free gives you a free place in the next available cohort. It can be used once, and it isn't exchangeable for cash. It is an alternative to the 30-Day No-Questions Promise, not an addition: if you've received a refund, it no longer applies.

3. Keep the Sleep/CBT Guide

Even if you ask for a refund, you keep The Sleep/CBT Guide, The Bedside Card and The Partner Page. Please download them before your access ends.

The Sleep/CBT Guide (sold separately)

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason, by emailing hello@menovya.com from the address you used to buy. If you then join The Peri Lab, the $17 you paid for the guide is deducted from the Lab price, as long as it hasn't been refunded.

If a cohort doesn't go ahead

If we cancel or postpone a cohort, you can choose a full refund or a free place in the next cohort.

How and when you're refunded

Refunds are made to the original payment method, in US dollars, usually within 5 to 10 business days of your request. Depending on your bank, it can take a little longer to appear on your statement. We can't refund currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

Your legal rights

These guarantees come in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which they never limit. If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Our 30-day promise covers that period and more.
