In short: Menovya sells educational programs and guides about perimenopause. They are not medical advice. You get personal, lifetime access to what you buy, protected by the guarantees in our Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

Menovya ("Menovya", "we", "us") is based in Switzerland. You can contact us at hello@menovya.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase made on menovya.com and on our checkout pages, including:

The Peri Lab, a 6-week online program delivered in cohorts, with its bonuses (The Sleep/CBT Guide, The Strength Plan, The Peri Plate) and a private online community.
The Sleep/CBT Guide, a downloadable guide sold separately, with its bonuses.
Any other digital product we may offer.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms.

3. Educational content, not medical advice

All Menovya products are educational. They are based on published guidelines and studies, but they are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not create a doctor–patient relationship. Menovya is not a medical provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise, supplements or medication, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately. Results vary from person to person, and we do not promise any specific health outcome.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the sales page and at checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers through the Systeme.io platform. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Founding prices are limited to the number of places stated on the sales page. Once they are taken, the regular price applies.

5. Access and delivery

The Peri Lab: after payment, you receive a confirmation email and access to your course area. Modules are released once a week from the cohort's start date. Bonuses are available from the start date. The community is open during the program.
The Sleep/CBT Guide: you receive access to the downloadable files right after payment.

You keep access to the modules and guides you purchased for as long as Menovya operates its course platform. We recommend downloading your PDFs. If we ever close the platform, we will tell you in advance so you can download everything.

6. Cohort dates and changes

The Peri Lab runs on the dates shown on the sales page. We may adjust a release date for a good reason (for example, illness) and will tell you by email. If a cohort does not go ahead, you can choose a full refund or a free place in the next cohort.

7. Personal use and copyright

All content (modules, guides, illustrations, texts and recordings) belongs to Menovya and is protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may print it for your own use. You may not share, resell, copy, publish or distribute it, in whole or in part, including in groups or on websites, without our written permission. Your access is personal and may not be shared.

8. Community guidelines

The private community is a safe space for women going through the same changes. By joining, you agree to:

Be kind and respectful, and respect other members' privacy: what's shared in the community stays in the community.
Not give medical advice or recommend medication or doses to other members.
Not promote or sell products, services or programs.
Only share what you're comfortable sharing. Avoid posting health details you'd prefer to keep private.

Our written answers in the community are general and educational. They are not personal medical advice. We may remove posts or members who break these guidelines, without a refund if the breach is serious or repeated.

9. Testimonials

We will never publish your name, words, scores or photo without your separate, written consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

10. Refunds and guarantees

Our guarantees are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country that gives you a legal right of withdrawal for online purchases, our 30-day guarantee is longer than that legal period and applies in addition to your legal rights.

11. Liability

We take great care to make our content accurate and based on reliable sources, but science evolves and we cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, Menovya is not liable for any decision you make based on our content, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you buy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you have a problem, please contact us first at hello@menovya.com: we'll do our best to find a solution quickly. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
